The Aman Foundation is looking for a Manager IT Applications, responsible for ensuring smooth operation of applications, in-house software development, coordination with vendors for specific project requirements and ensuring compliance with standard business processes for quality control.

Skills Required

Microsoft dynamics 2012
Microsoft SQL Server
Mobile Application Development
Software development experience on Microsoft.Net, Power BI & SSRS reporting tools
SQL Server reporting services

Job Specifications

Qualification: Masters/ Bachelors in Computer Science or IT
Experience: 6 – 8 years of relevant experience
Age: 28 – 35
Gender: Male / Female

Responsibilities

Initiate and coordinate pre-project activities including Scoping, RFP, tendering and technical evaluation
Manage day to day activities related to smooth operations of every applications under his domain
Manage and provide reporting to higher management on the agreed SLA of uptime for each application
Manage day to day operations of ERP and user issues and other line of business applications immediately
Provide status on the current projects on demand basis or on set frequency to his manager
Supervise and comply to Change management process for each application under his/her domain
Manage and coordinate In House development for new requirement of business/enhancement and day to day support for each application
Gather program/project requirements and work with software development/implementation vendors to translate and clarify software specifications
Conduct and Supervise software UAT which includes coordination with software vendor as well as business team for its timely and accurately completion
Ensure that standard business processes are followed and deliverable are met (quality control)
Supervise IT systems training and ensure that business team is fully operational on systems under his/her domain
