Edenrobe Jobs Social Media Moderator: We are looking for a Social Media Moderator with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Education: Minimum Bachelors
Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000
JD:
- Generate customized responses to queries received on all social media platforms, in order to provide excellent customer experience
- Actively engage/converse with existing or new potential customers
- Keep abreast with the latest information with respect to the products, policies and procedures for effective customer handling
- Coordinate with external teams to resolves customer queries/complaints timely
- Monitor and select relevant or trending conversations online, and seed the brand into the discussion
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in written and spoken English language
- Strong skills of Repute Management over Social Media platforms
- Ability to take control of and resolve customer issues
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs; ability to be a self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and possesses strong decision-making abilities
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure situations
