Responsibilities:

Receives feedback from the customers on the below channels.
· Email ([email protected]).
· Foodpanda Facebook Posts.
· Foodpanda Facebook direct messages.
· Twitter mentions.
· Twitter direct messages.
Proactively hunt for feedback and complaints on following channels.
· Facebook groups: SWOT’s Guide for Karachi’s Restaurants, Cafes, Dhabas, Khokas and Take-outs, Karachi food diary, Foodies R us and Eat sleep repeat.
· Facebook reviews on Foodpanda page.
· Create manual tickets on Zendesk.

The incumbent must be very creative in replying to the customers and shall possess qualities of coming up with strategic ways of compensating the customer.

Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Eligibility: Final semester/Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
