The Aman Foundation is looking for a Manager Brands, the candidate must have strong grasp on campaign development and content creation/ copy writing for Aman Foundation and its entities as well as other internal and external communications along with social media content and its management.

Skills Required

Understanding of campaign creation
Excellent content writing and proof-reading skills
Good social media analytics and management skills
Social media boosting
Knowledge of social media landscape (e.g. bloggers/influencers) would be a plus

Qualification: Masters in Marketing
Experience: 3-5 Years
Age: 25 – 30
Gender: Male / Female

Responsibilities

Work with relevant business units in Health and Tech for campaign and collateral creation
Understand marketing and branding requirements of partners/grantors to create co-branded collateral
Content generation for internal and external communications
Content creation/drafting for print and electronic items such as newsletters, annual reports, emailers, press releases, media engagements, print ads, flyers, brochures, backdrops etc.
Develop internal emailers and share them
Speech, article and letter writing on topics assigned in line with campaigns and/or for the management
Experience of writing op-eds and media/digital articles and blogs focusing towards social enterprise, development sector and Aman’s work
Research capabilities on various topics for drawing content
Liaise with relevant departments for collection of beneficiary stories and writing them
To create social media strategy and monthly content calendars
Social media content management and creation for posts on all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
Day-to-day management of social media pages including posting and answering messages/comments
Liaise with relevant departments in Health and Tech to respond to any complaints received on social media or Aman’s email account
Social media boosting and advertising
Interact with design team/website agency for updating of website content
Liaise with communications agency and drive them to assist in communication activities of Aman
Liaise with relevant teams in Aman Health and Aman Tech to understand upcoming projects and assist in marketing and communications plans
Liaise with Business develop/partnerships team for any of their communications requirements e.g. emailers to donors
Create design briefs & liaise with design team for relevant design creation for all marketing collateral and for social media posts
Liaise with vendors for documentary creation, contacting beneficiaries, alignment of video shoot, editing
Liaise with procurement to discuss requirements and execution of print/video/electronic requirements
Assist in planning and execution of events, making required collateral such as invites/shields/giveaways as well as planning and executing social media coverage
