Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency. Liaise with Product teams to stay updated on new products and feature, build relationships with customers, potential customers and industry professionals.
Required Skills & Experience:
1)Exceptional communications skills – understanding of banking processes is a plus. Understanding of the products & need to respond to all customer complaints/inquiries accordingly. 2-3 years of relevant work experience – preferably someone who has managed Digital channels for a sizeable organization in past.

• Develop relevant content topics to reach the Bank’s target customers.
• Managing the community management team & to ensure improved
engagement rates with customers.
• Providing training to our social media community representatives on best practices and update them on new developments in the organization.
• Preparing content calendar one month in advance for all social channels.
• Social Listening & Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Collaborate with product teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating an engaged social media community.
Required Qualification, Skills & Experience:
Exceptional communications skills – understanding of banking processes is a plus.
Understanding of the products portfolio & community management exposure.
MBA from a reputable HEC recognized institute with minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
