National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited NCCPL Jobs Database Administrator:NCCPL is looking for Database Administrator
REQUISITES:
Education: Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or allied subjects from HEC recognised institution.
Experience: At least 4 years working experience with the exposure of working with ORACLE in AIX environment.
Certification (preferred): Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
Competencies
Working knowledge of Oracle 11g/12c & Microsoft SQL server database, Fusion Middleware & Oracle Forms and Reports.
Manage database upgrades, patching, tuning, migration, backup and other database related activities.
Ability to perform routine database monitoring, performance tuning, maintenance activities.
Must have sound knowledge of Data guard, Recovery Manager, Real application cluster and other Oracle Utilities.
Should be familiar with shell scripting and be well versed in database documentation, including procedures and policies.
Location: Karachi
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Grade: Assistant Manager
