Basic Job Description:
- Coordinate with Head of Admin and Security to manage general administrative activities.
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Oversee management of the Canteen
- Supervise administrative staff for transport management, weighbridge, colony ,security & other legal government issues.
