Job Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Media Sciences)
Experience: 0 to 6 months
Responsibilities:
- To engage with all stakeholders on all communication forums- Mobile,Web & Social Media (w.r.t post timings)
- Manage customers and social media community across
- all platforms by responding to comments and queries.
- Manage Zopim – Live Chat Feature on our site
- Complaint management, to connect stakeholders with relevant people.
- Assortment file creation – Prepare product descriptions and names for the assortment to be posted on the website.
- Prepare invoices for web store shoots.
- Identify customers for loyal and gold list of our membership program.
Other Requirements:
- Incumbent must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills.
