Looking for Senior Relationship Manager – SAM
Location: Lahore
Qualification Required: Graduation from reputable university with extensive knowledge of Islamic Banking products.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Ensure achievement of the assigned recovery targets from the assigned portfolio of defaulted customers/ NPL.
2) Ensure compliance of service quality standards, develop relationships, do follow up with the customers and devise strategy for settlement of relationship till conclusion.
3) Provide feedback to line manager in case of customer complaint and other issues for resolution.
4) Manage and coordinate legal initiatives for expeditious disposal of cases, keeping close liaison with lawyers, other banks and regulatroy authorities for issues pertaining to recovery.
5) Keep backup of all relevant documents and files. Cross check, maintain and update the MIS (System/ Portfolio) on regular basis for further reporting.

Looking for Court Coordinator – SAM
Location: Lahore
Qualification Required: LLB/ LLM along with knowledge of banking, commercial and corporate laws.
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years relevant banking experience. Experience in litigation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Responsible to cases and keep abreast with the outcomes of dates of hearing and suggest further course of action to line manager. Facilitate line manager in disposal of the cases by follow-up with assigned advocates.
2) Provide assistance in court cases, complaints, legal notices, litigation, civial & criminal cases by or against the Bank.
3) To keep abreast with court cases, Law Enforcement Agency matters & other issues of legal significancies pertaining to any branch/ office in assigned area.
4) Facilitate flow of information and relevant documents with facts of the cases through concerned offices/ branches with bank’s advocate(s).
5) Assist in screening of approvals for payments of legal expenses, negotiation of fees & other expenses with dealing counsels to minimize overall cost impact
