Development of training management system to automate all training modules.
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs by consultation with line managers.
Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new/existing employees.
Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
Facilitate Employee Development programs as needed.
Developing testing and evaluating procedures for measuring training effectiveness.
Essential Requirements:
At-least three years of proven experience in Training & Development/ Training Management System.
Strong verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
Leadership and strong management skills.
