Faysal Bank Ltd Jobs Business Support Officer :Business Support Officer (Male) required for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in projects by organizing, coordinating information, planning & arranging meeting schedules.
- Provide a high level of flexible operational support to the department in day to day activities.
- Arrange all aspects of internal, external meetings as requested & prepare minute of the meetings as required whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality for all information handled.
- Develop, implement & improve administrative procedures of the department.
Requirements: - Minimum Bachelors with 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to provide efficient and effective administrative support.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations.
