Dairyland Private Limited Jobs Assistant Manager Customer Services:Dairyland Private Limited is looking for Assistant Manager Customer Services. This is a Karachi based position. The incumbent at this position would be responsible to:
• Lead and manage the Customer Service Team.
• Handle quality related complaints
• Maintain compliant log summary
• Coordinate with Sales Team and QC Team for resolving complaints.
• Print and maintain a log of prepaid cards
• Coordinate with vendor for queries regarding prepaid cards
• Coordinate with Franchises for delivery of new orders, customer queries and prepaid card
• Assist customers through helpline facility
• Resolve FB queries
