Job Description:
General Administration of the Plant and offices.
Manage Staff Transportation through contractor.
Canteen Management
Security: Responsible to manage Security Staff for ensuring proper safety and security of plant and offices.
Ensure close liaison with Law Enforcement Agencies, PQ Authorities, Excise & Taxation, DMCs, KMC & KW&SB. Resolve any issues related to renewal of all licenses, permits, industrial documentations and inspections related to the Plant.
Ensure to maintain #Industrial peace in factory by creating cordial working conditions among the work force. Communicate with workers and handle grievances.
Maintain cordial working relationship with Union(s), hold negotiations for settling Charter of Demand and protecting Company’s interest at all levels
