Associate – Dispatch at foodpanda Pakistan, Karachi
We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Delivery & Logistics Department in Karachi. We’re looking for energetic individuals who believe they can change the way delivery and logistics are operational in the country.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of logistics. This position requires creative problem solving skills to face the novel challenges that are usual to delivery and logistics industry in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward riders at all times.
- Communicating with riders through various channels.
- Having technical knowledge about logistics so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field. Freshies are also encouraged to apply.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Masters will be preferred.
