We are looking for a competent “Deputy Manager / Manager – Finance” to support the Finance team.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and present periodic financial statements of the Company in accordance with the requirement of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
· Prepare and present periodic regulatory reporting of the Company as per local regulations.
· Supervise monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process including but not limited to GL monitoring.
· Liaison with external and internal auditors for timely closure of audits.
· Supervise coordination with banks on accounts opening / monitoring.
· Supervise finance ops on day-to-day activities.
· Proactively involve in system development and enhancement process.
· Development of various SOPs and controls in various functions within the finance to ensure un-interrupted services to all the stakeholders.
