Registrar’s Office – Clifton Campus, Karachi
Permanent Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the custodian of University records, statutes, regulations, and proceedings of statutory bodies
- Coordinate meetings of the Governing Body, Academic Council, Senate, Syndicate, and other statutory committees, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-up on decisions
- Oversee academic administration, including admissions, registration, examinations, student records, and convocations
- Ensure compliance with HEC policies, accreditation requirements, and University statutes and regulations
- Provide administrative oversight and ensure effective coordination among academic and administrative units
- Maintain official records, documentation, and correspondence securely and confidentially
- Address administrative matters and stakeholder concerns and support continuous improvement of administrative processes
- Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from audits and reviews
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Vice Chancellor or competent authority
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- 16 years of education or a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognised institution
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a university or reputed organisation with similar functions
