We are looking for an Internal Audit Officer to handle stock counts and gate pass activities.
Location: Landhi, Karachi
Education: Intermediate/ Graduation.
Experience: Minimum One Year
Key Responsibilities:
Gate Pass Activity:
- Verification of Gate pass and local Sales as per compliance of Gate pass SOP.
- Ensure details of gate pass match with the physical item and gate pass authorization as per approved matrix.
- Verify local Sales loadings and respective payment verification as per approval terms prior release of gate pass.
- Perform CCTV monitoring live and previous day.
- Coordinate with Team lead for timely reporting of observations and improvement points.
Stock Count Activity:
- Perform Inventory Stock Counts as per approved plan.
- Identification and reporting of observations noted during the activity.
- Supporting the team in improving inventory control processes.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team with a strong grip on utility cost management, reporting, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Estimate fuel costs for our different Units, including accruals, PVs, and JVs
🔹 Finalize utility-related G/Ls and trial balances for cost allocation
🔹 Share monthly utility budgets by the 1st working day of each month
🔹 Prepare and transfer cost allocation workings with accounting entries
🔹 Develop machine-wise & department-wise inside processing allocation workings
🔹 Maintain utility consumption data and prepare fuel comparison reports
🔹 Provide utility equipment overhaul cost workings
🔹 Generate detailed reports: entity-wise, genset-wise, steam & water consumption with variance analysis
🔹 Maintain monthly gas billing history
🔹 Handle utility payments and provisions
🔹 Manage petty cash & miscellaneous utility payments
🔹 Oversee utility consumption reports and RO water follow-up
🔹 Monitor store and R&M consumption for utility stores
🔹 Assist in Board presentations related to utility data
🔹 Contribute to annual OPEX & CAPEX budgeting
🔹 Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
