WE’RE HIRING MANAGER FINANCE

JOB PURPOSE

Looking for “Manager Finance” for our company located in Korangi Creek Industrial Park, Karachi.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• CA qualified/part-qualified or equivalent qualification.
• 4 to 5 years of relevant industry experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience with financial software (SAP S4 Hana experience will be highly preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including the development of financial goals and targets.
• Monitor and report on budgetary performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Manage the company’s cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
• Analyze and control costs to enhance profitability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Effective control of GRN and unbilled issues.
