Position: Manager SOC
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SOC analysts and engineers to ensure effective security monitoring and incident response 24*7
- Manage security incidents, define action plan for incident response, communicate with relevant stakeholders and ensure implementation of defined actions during all stages of the incident response.
- Act as first responder during occurrence of an incident.
- Perform root cause analysis, forensic investigation, and post-mortem reviews following the occurrence of an incident.
- Manage and maintain SOC solutions such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR etc.
- Integrate SOC technologies with SOAR platform and develop playbooks for automation
- Stay up to date with latest threats and perform regular threat hunting exercises.
- Develop and maintain inventories of information assets, system and network devices and ensure integration with SOC technologies.
- Perform all day-to-day security operations activities, collecting sources of intelligence on active incidents (national/international), analyzing and managing threats to Bank’s IS posture, monitoring logs and other sources of information.
- Support the GRC function in implementation of the security plans, infrastructure, redundancies, ownership, assigned roles, access points and integrations internally, updated and periodically tested.
- Support the GRC function in compliance to reports and actions needed to achieve against security policies, regulations, and audits.
- Manage SOC resources in 24*7 shifts and ensure compliance with the defined SLAs
Job Requirement
- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science or Information security from HEC recognized university.
- Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure and networks
- 5+ years of overall experience in information security.
- Must have experience with operating and managing SOC solutions, perform log analysis, and incident response.
- Have strong technical skills and the ability to work in teams, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality deliverables
- Candidates with relevant certifications will be preferred

- Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and relevant laws.
- Review and assess loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the risk and legal departments for credit approval and enforcement.
- Monitor the loan portfolio and manage repayments in line with agreed terms.
- Assist in preparing credit reports, loan proposals, and other required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate the smooth disbursement of loans.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation in any discipline (Preferably in Business, Finance, or related fields).
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
