𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔𝗠 – 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗣𝗮𝗸𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼?
- Manage post-sales service delivery and technical support for Managed Services projects.
- Troubleshoot customer incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for TAC support, RMA, and technical resolutions.
- Provide hands-on support across network and security technologies.
- Support solution deployment, installation, and commissioning at customer premises.
- Ensure timely incident resolution and an exceptional customer experience.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿?
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Managed Services, Service Delivery, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in 2–3 areas: Wi-Fi, Network Security, Cloud, Routers, Switches, or Firewalls.
- Experience working with enterprise and carrier-grade customers.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- CCNA/CCNP, HCNA/HCNP, JNCIA/JNCIP, or similar certifications will be an advantage.
