The Renaissance Education System (TRES) is looking for an experienced and passionate Academic Coordinator to join our team in Karachi.
If you have a strong background in education, academic management, teacher development, and curriculum support, we’d love to hear from you.
Location: Regional Office, Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university or reputed foreign university
Experience: 5+ years of in-depth experience in the field of Education, including at least 3 years of active teaching, training, curriculum/resource development, planning, management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe lessons and identify teachers’ strengths and areas for improvement.
- Review students’ notebooks and diaries and monitor academic practices across schools.
- Provide developmental feedback, set improvement targets, and conduct on-site teacher training.
- Ensure school timetables are accurate and aligned with TSS academic policies and SOPs.
- Conduct regular school visits and maintain comprehensive academic observation, feedback, training, and visit records.
- Review academic performance, including Matric results and school needs analysis.
- Support School Self-Evaluation and School Improvement Planning.
- Assist in upgrading and establishing effective learning environments across new and existing schools.
- Provide academic support through school visits and follow-up throughout the academic year.
- Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
