Position / Title: Head – Non Telco Merchants Acquisition
Proposed Grade / Level: Permenant

Job Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
• The primary purpose of this position to ensure that the mobile financial payment solutions are offered at the most suitable and preferred channel for all consumer segments. This will in turn augment our overall FS strategy resulting in financial inclusion for the masses through retail rationalization.
• To cultivate nontraditional retail channels this person will bank led payments merchants acquiring team to cater non Telco/TP, Retail for payment products. This person is responsible to make new payments merchants from non-Telco/TP segments and shall be acquiring merchants from all major cities.
• Responsible for merchant acquisition of non-telco / non TP segments
• Segment/territory wise identification and channel acquisition.
• Responsible for acquiring merchant channel through third parties
• Achieving the annual merchant acquisition target of ACBP division.
• Developing merchants of all segments to penetrate in market & roll-out payment solutions.

• Training and Retention, Talent Acquisition, Execution of Change Management, Cultural Change Initiatives, EES and Culture surveys execution, Appraisal & Goal setting Processes with 2-3 years of relevant experiance.

• Responsible to deal with Landlord of existing as well as prospective premises to be acquired in South Regions
• To ensure the processing of Legal agreements of premises in coordination with Legal and other depts.
• Ensure timely payments to Landlords of all premises of Southern region, as and when due.
• Ensure payments to all government departments challan’s pertaining to advertisement, Genset etc.
• Responsible for Issuance of New Data Sims connection / restoration / duplication and monthly billing
• Responsible for petty cash issuance in accordance with bank policy, reconciliation and timely refurbishment
• To ensure MIS / documentation of all the tasks / functions assigned for accountability.
• Responsible to ensure job assigned by the line manager / HOD
