Starlet Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager Procurement to lead our procurement operations and strengthen our supplier network.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Manage the complete procurement cycle: sourcing, quotations, evaluation, negotiation, POs & delivery follow-ups
Identify, develop, and maintain reliable and competitive vendor relationships
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, sources, and alternative materials
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service
Ensure timely follow-up and delivery of purchase orders
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures

Requirements:

BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management
5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain
Strong negotiation, vendor management, market research, and procurement skills

Starlet Innovations (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Warehouse Manager to take ownership of inventory accuracy, warehouse controls, and material receiving processes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Ensure 100% accuracy between physical and system inventory through effective warehouse controls
Monitor and improve Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) through cycle counts and stock verification
Ensure all incoming materials are properly received, counted, inspected, documented, and updated in the system
Investigate inventory variances and identify their root causes
Implement effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring discrepancies

Requirements:

BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management
5–8 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse controls, stock reconciliation, and material handling
