We’re looking for a Category Manager / Specialist – Snacks & Beverages to take charge of category strategy, sales, margin, profitability, imports and international brands.

Position: Category Manager / Specialist – Snacks and Beverages
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category strategies and annual/seasonal plans aligned with shopper needs and business objectives.
- Own sales, margins, pricing, promotions, assortment, availability and inventory performance.
- Lead supplier and brand management, including negotiations, commercial terms, listing agreements and payment terms.
- Lead the import and international brands portfolio, identifying high-potential products and managing the full product lifecycle from launch to delisting.
- Conduct range reviews, SKU rationalization and competitive analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Stores to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
- Monitor category KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Category Management
- Strong experience in Retail, preferably across Snacks, Beverages or related categories.
- Experience with imports and international brands is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and supplier-management skills
Education: MBA Marketing / Supply Chain from accredited institute
