Position: Net metering Officer
Qualification: BE (Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering )
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of the system onsite and verifying the installation according to the AEDB guidelines.
- NM File verification before submission to DISCOs.
- File signature form the customer along with all necessary documents.
- File Submission in DISCO by hand as per SOP within agreed duration.
- Updating Data about the activity for record purpose on ERP (sales force).
- Close in contact with customer/DISCO at every stage.
- Strong coordination with DISCO officials for processing net metering cases at a fast pace.
- Strong follow-up of cases pending in Governing bodies (DISCOs and NEPRA) on a daily basis.
- Ensuring timely execution of every stage involved in NM process to install meter in shortest possible time
- Highlighting issues occurring in NM cases which are causing delay and propose an appropriate solution.
- Coordinating with external customers to facilitate them regarding their queries related to Net Metering
- Inform Net metering management regarding any change in file processing SOP of NEPRA or DISCOs.
