We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Sales
In this role, you’ll drive business development across the Central region, build strong customer relationships, manage sales opportunities from RFQs and tenders to negotiations and project follow-ups, and contribute towards achieving sales targets.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation & business development skills
- Knowledge of Lahore/Central Punjab markets
- Willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development across the Central region.
- Develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage quotations, negotiations, tenders, RFQs, and project follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
