MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and ensure timely finalization and submission of monthly WH statements of income & sales tax.
Make sure timely finalization and submission of Income Tax & Sales Tax Return.
Data management for sales tax and income tax returns.
Compliance of notices issued by taxation authorities.
Preparing data for responding notice, filling appeals and developing arguments to defend various cases.
Identifying the areas for tax efficiency and profitability.
Keeping management abreast of latest changes in income tax and related laws affecting the company.
Manage and mentor team members to improve their capability thereby improving their contribution to the department.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3–5 years with omc or relevant taxation experience is mandatory.
Experience of handling tax related cases, filing returns
Good communication skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

EDUCATION: ACCA/CA/CA Finalist

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for Logistics Support Officer for its Logistics Department based at Shikarpur and Machike.

The position is responsible to ensure safe and secure Logistics operations, tank lorry daily checking, vehicle journey management, product filling and receipt operations, maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure smooth and uninterrupted supplies.
Ensure fleet availability as per requirements.
Fair distribution of loads among carriage contractors.
Vendor Journey Management.
Daily checking of tank lorry safety, ETA/ATA.
Timely preparation and submission of management reports.
Ensure product filling and receipt operations.
Maintaining liaison with internal and external bodies, HSE Security, Administrative, and other functions.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferably of an omc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Understanding of terminal operations, loading, unloading of tank lorries and pipeline.
Strong analytical and planning skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.

EDUCATION: B.E in Mechanical or Equivalent / BBA
