We are looking for Head of HR for one of our entities engaged in chemical manufacturing business.
Requirements
- Lead and manage HR systems, including strategy, employee compensation, and performance rewards.
- Induct new staff through transparent recruiting.
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies for standardization and productivity.
- Up-to-date on employment laws and compliance.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented attitude.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees development.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Minimum Master’s degree in HR; any certification is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in all functions of HR with at least 5 years of experience in managing a team.
