Position: Production Supervisor
Qualification: Bachelor/Intermediate
Required Experience : 4+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in knitwear Textiles/ Garment
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production schedules
Estimating, negotiating and timescales with IE and concerned managers
Determining quality control standards with the coordination of QA team
Follow the SAM based targets
Operator Trainings so that production is executed without any problem
Line Balancing and WIP Control
Complete understanding about 6S and customer compliance parameters
Knowledge about the time and motion study
Maintain the discipline in production Floor
