We’re Hiring | Senior Executive – ERP/SAP Support
Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and enjoy resolving system-related challenges while supporting business users, we’d love to hear from you.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Provide Level 1 support for SAP Business One, covering functional and basic technical issues
- Resolve user queries related to Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
- Assist with SQL queries for reporting and troubleshooting
- Support data validation, master data management, and routine system checks
- Coordinate with users for requirement gathering and issue clarification
- Assist with system testing during enhancements and implementations
- Provide basic user training and system guidance
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and processes
𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (16 years of education)
✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in SAP Business One support
✔ Basic understanding of SAP B1 Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules
✔ Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data analysis
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
