- Manager Talent Acquisition:
We’re hiring a Manager Talent Acquisition to shape the future of recruitment at Roshan Packages. This strategic role requires 5–7 years of experience in leading complete hiring cycle, workforce planning, employer branding, and managing ATS systems.
What you’ll do:
Lead end-to-end recruitment with focus on speed, quality, and cost.
Drive talent strategy including planning, sourcing, and employer branding.
Optimize ATS tools, dashboards, and hiring processes.
Coach recruitment team and analyze hiring trends for improvement.
- Deputy Manager Costing:
We’re seeking a skilled Costing Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing. If you have an ACCA, ICMA, or an equivalent degree, and expertise in MS Office and SAP.
What you’ll do:
Manage daily to quarterly costing and ensure accurate financial close.
Review costing journals for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate cross-functionally on forecasts and project planning.
Conduct product costing, variance analysis, and provide financial insights.
