• Lead the Manufacturing Excellence journey through implementation of Reckitt Production System (R-P-S) blueprints across the site
• Lead the Manufacturing Productivity model with focus to drive cost efficiency and optimization, responsible for delivering productivity pipeline and productivity targets
• Bring productivity with the execuition of RPS at macro and micro level to mitigate the unfavourable impact on cost
• Offer leadership to guarantee the engineering function is effectively resourced and that project plans are actively managed and adhered to.

• Deeply knowledgeable about engineering and manufacturing processes complemented by strong project management practises.
• Ability to demonstrate financial savviness when assessing business issues and opportunities.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards
• Adept at leading and developing engineering and maintenance personnel.
