- Lead the Manufacturing Excellence journey through implementation of Reckitt Production System (R-P-S) blueprints across the site
- Lead the Manufacturing Productivity model with focus to drive cost efficiency and optimization, responsible for delivering productivity pipeline and productivity targets
- Bring productivity with the execuition of RPS at macro and micro level to mitigate the unfavourable impact on cost

- Deeply knowledgeable about engineering and manufacturing processes complemented by strong project management practises.
- Ability to demonstrate financial savviness when assessing business issues and opportunities.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards
