With our Graduate Trainee Program we are offering fresh graduates an opportunity to kick start their career. This is a year-long program where all GTs will learn functional skills on the job and groom themselves through training and coaching that is directed towards their learning goals. With this program we aim to groom young individuals to become the future leaders of the organization.
