Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable institute in Pakistan.
- Candidate must possess at least 2+ years’ experience in HR, preferably in Financial Institutions.
- Knowledgeable about existing and emerging training tools.
- Should have soft and technical training experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: display initiative and willingness to learn.
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fluency and eloquence in English are required
- Strong interpersonal skills.
