LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Working as a member of the client service team to identify client needs and address them with strategic recommendations products and services
• Acting as the key point of contact for your clients; as well as the client’s representative within the agency
• Escalating, tracking and solving various client issues
• Developing in-depth knowledge of the industry and the client’s business needs
• Preparing billing and forecasting incomes
Qualifications:
• Previous agency experience of 1 to 3 years.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong Multi-Tasking skills
• Strong organization skills
• Attention-to-detail
• Experience with online billing software preferred
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
