Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP, ISO 22000, or local regulatory standards.
- Maintain records of facility inspection, hygiene activities and compliance reports.
- Oversee pest control activities to ensure they are executed according to the plan.
- Forecast housekeeping expenses and prepare budget.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
Education: At least Bachelor’s degree (Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or related field).
Competencies:
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Understanding of food safety compliance and regulations
- Time management and task scheduling skills
- Skilled in using MS Office
