SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited for recruitment in the office of the Advocate General, Islamabad Capital Territory, on a regular basis from Pakistani Nationals who fulfill the criteria.

Vacant Positions

Assistant (BPS-15)

• Quota: ICT = 1, Punjab = 1
• Number of Posts: 2
• Maximum Age Limit: 28 years
• Qualification/Experience: Graduate

Steno Typist (BPS-14)

• Quota: ICT = 2, Punjab = 1
• Number of Posts: 3
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Intermediate
  • Minimum speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing, respectively
  • Computer literacy is preferable

UDC (BPS-13)

• Quota: ICT = 2, Punjab = 1, Sindh (R) = 1
• Number of Posts: 4
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Qualification/Experience: Intermediate

LDC (BPS-11)

• Quota: ICT = 1
• Number of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Matric
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m.

Dispatch Rider (BPS-4)

• Quota: Local
• Number of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Primary pass
  • Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules

Driver (BPS-4)

• Quota: Local
• Number of Posts: 1
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 years
• Qualification/Experience:
  • Primary pass
  • Valid driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules

Terms and Conditions

1. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government Policy and Rules. A five-year upper age relaxation is also applicable as per rules.
2. Candidates already employed in Government departments/organizations must apply through the proper channel.
3. Candidates appointed for positions at Sr. Nos. 1, 3, and 4 will undergo mandatory basic IT training conducted by the National Information Technology Board (NITB).
4. Age, qualifications, and experience will be counted as of the closing date of this advertisement.
5. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
6. Separate application forms are required for candidates applying for multiple posts.
7. Interested candidates meeting the criteria must apply within 15 days of this advertisement. Late submissions will not be entertained.
8. Call letters for tests/interviews will be issued after scrutiny and shortlisting.
9. No TA/DA will be provided for written tests/interviews.
10. Applications with fake documents or false information will be rejected.

Method of Applying

1. Visit the OTS Website: www.ots.org.pk for online/offline registration and application submission.
2. A test fee of Rs. 250/- per applicant is required, payable at any branch of Bank Alfalah, HBL, ABL, or Habib Metro Bank. Challan forms can be downloaded from the OTS website.
3. Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
4. Regularly check the OTS website for updates regarding roll number slips, test schedules, and results.
5. Submit the prescribed application form along with:
   • CNIC
   • Relevant documents and experience certificates
   • Two passport-size photographs
   • Original fee challan through courier service or Pakistan Post.
