MBB RAN Engineer L1
Job Description: We are looking for talented MBB RAN Engineers (L1) to join our telecom operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireless site integration, troubleshooting, reporting, and ensuring seamless project delivery across GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently perform wireless site integration for GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G networks.
- Handle and resolve common site-level faults, alarms, and integration challenges.
- Utilize Huawei wireless integration tools effectively during daily operations.
- Prepare and submit site check reports as per project requirements.
- Identify potential risks in wireless site delivery and escalate accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure successful site activation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- At least 1 year of experience in wireless site integration projects.
- Strong understanding of radio propagation theories and wireless network fundamentals.
- Knowledge of wireless integration processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with Huawei wireless products, solutions, and toolsets.
- Ability to independently manage and complete wireless site integration tasks.
- Proficiency in using Huawei wireless integration tools.

WE ARE HIRING IP engineer (Level 2) 📍 Islamabad
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Total Positions: Multiple
- Project Duration: Long Term
- Experience: 4 Years (Huawei Experience Mandatory)
- Minimum Education: Bachelors in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, Computer Engineering.
Expertise and Skills:
- Expert in basic data communication protocols such as OSPF/ISIS/BGP/MPLS/L2VPN/L3VPN, etc.;
- Proficient in the configuration and debugging of data communication products, with basic network and service analysis capabilities.
- Minimum 4-year experience in engineering or maintenance of data communication products in operator or enterprise networks, with problem-solving experience preferred.
- Possess excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office, especially Excel, Word, etc.
- Meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility and service, and strong confidentiality and Data & cyber-Security awareness.
