CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company (Private) Limited requires the services of qualified and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Available: Director (HR & Admin)

Pay Package: Lump Sum
Equivalent to BPS-19E
Place of Posting: Muzaffarabad

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Education: MBA/MPA/Master’s Degree in HR, M.Sc. (Computer Science)/Statistics, or Master’s Degree in English or equivalent. Must have a minimum of two 1st Divisions in academic career with 12 years of administrative experience in BPS-18/19 in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body/Corporate Sector.

Skills: Proficient in computer operations with emphasis on Windows and MS Office.

Job Description:

Responsible for HR functions, including:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Induction and Orientation
- Training & Development
- Compensation Management
- HR Manual Administration
- Career Planning
- Performance Management
- Grievance Handling
- Human Resource Information System (HRIS) management
- General Administrative matters
Well-versed in labor laws and HR regulations.
Overseeing other HR/Admin-related activities and responsibilities.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years.

Tenure:The appointment is on a contract basis for three years (including a six-month probation period) and may be extended based on satisfactory performance and company needs.

Pay Package:Competitive market-based lump sum pay package based on experience and qualifications, including all perks.
