REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in IT, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Proven experience in project management and governance within the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Pakistani banking sector.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and oversee the project management team, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Implementing and managing project governance frameworks.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and effective communication within the project management function.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
