We are seeking a strategic HR leader to lead and drive HR strategy for business and including performance and data driven HR services

Role Description:

Drive and participate in the process of defining company’s vision & mission. Devise HR Strategy & Planning in line with busines strategy.
Spear head Organizational Change Management. Business partner with key leaders and function heads to support business objectives in line with HR strategy.
Implement balance scorecard based performance management system in order to achieve organizational goals. Ensure the development of department wise competency framework.
Carry out business process restructuring and org redesign. Develop & maintain an org. wide annual training plan based on training need assessment of individuals & functions.
Act as a coach for peers & potential leaders, advising & guiding them on need basis. Strengthen the employer brand, build internal employee equity through strategic intervention. organization.
Develop succession plans for senior, middle, and critical positions in the Develop leadership pipeline across businesses through training & critical experiences.
Maintain market competiveness in compensation & benefits through salary surveys & industry benchmarking.
Maintain a healthy work culture through innovative employee engagement initiatives impacting emplyee motivation. Digitize & automate all core HR processess & maintain a robust HR Information System. Design and implement policies and procedures to comply with applicable labor laws.
leadership on changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry standards for compliance across all functions. Advise Support a health & safety culture by advising & communicating timely updates & ensuring compliance to regulations.

Qualification: MBA HR/MHRM (Any HR Certification will be a Plus SHRM-SCP or CIPD)

Relevant Experience: 15 – 18 year of relevant experience
