Please note that it is an on-site, full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Who are we looking for?
- BBA (Accounting & Finance) from an HEC recognized/overseas institution.
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial highly desirable.
- Proficient with MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review all invoices and travel expense vouchers for accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation. Vouch invoices to Purchase Orders.
- Place correct account coding on invoices prior to payment and verify proper level of authorization.
- Accurately enter all invoices into the Accounts Payable module.
- Attached supporting documentation to checks so appropriate signatures may be obtained.
- Maintains vendor files for accessibility, accuracy, completeness and compatibility.
- Maintain accounts payable records for audit purposes.
- Prepare monthly accounts payable accruals.
- Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts.
