Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Specialist Customer Life Cycle?
- 1-3 years experience in customer marketing, preferably at consumer product.
- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- A passion and strong understanding of developer customer personas and the landscape.
- Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be an Expert B2G Analytics, Operations and Growth?
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, business management, software engineering, or in a related field.
- Advanced level experience spreadsheets such as excel and data visualization tools such as power BI.
- Advanced level experience with Power point.
- Intermediate level SQL knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Python and R-Programming is a PLUS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with technical writing is a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Knowledge of payment products such as Collections, Disbursements and Payment Gateway.
