Interwood Mobel Jobs Training & Development Officer:Â Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd is actively looking for a Training & Development Officer to lead our employee development initiatives through designing and developing creative training programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years’ work experience preferred as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to develop better content
- Command on Prezi and Photoshop software would be an added advantage.
