Organization: International Packaging Films Limited IPAK

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for “𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗣𝗣 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲” for Lahore having experience in production of CPP films. The position will be responsible for:

Ensure smooth plant operations and achieve production targets on daily and monthly basis
Ensure smooth production run and reduce waste produced during production of films
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
Responsible for grade change and micron change of the films to be produced
Ensure production balancing and batch closing in SAP.
Prepare and present daily and monthly production reports to the line manager
Conduct internal audits with the IMS team and ensure compliance
Ensure hygiene standards are followed by the employees working in his designated area
Ensure PPEs handling and usage among the staff as per safety SOPs
Ensure periodic maintenance of the machines to minimize the downtime
Check abnormal noise/temperature/leakage/vibration in the machine and address the issue in a timely manner.
Supervise all activities performed in the assigned area

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: B.E from a PEC recognized university
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6-8 Years
Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
