Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Assist guests with booking inquiries, rates, and availability
- Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Upsell hotel rooms and services when appropriate
- Ensure timely follow-up on bookings and guest requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office
