ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Cost Controller for its Pharmaceuticals business based at Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure business gets prompt analysis on all costing proposals. Analyse and evaluate all existing product costs and compute costing for upcoming/new product developments / new variants showing allocation of variable, semi-variable and fixed costs for decision making by the senior management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting process for all the Plants, consolidating and aligning cross-functional inputs from production, Quality, & Supply Chain.
- Act as a liaison person between Production, Supply Chain and IT to highlight all plant-related issues to relevant authorities and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure timely closing of HB/Nutra Plant. Execute closing run in SAP after ensuring that all accruals/expenses have been posted, raw/packing material has been issued against each process orders & machine/labour hours posted against process orders.
- Build tools to automate reports through corporate IT support, which helps the production and finance teams along with other stakeholders to access data and get insights into useful business intelligence reports.
