AM – Plant Maintenance (Electrical)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in leading and guiding a team of electrical technicians and engineers in the installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various electrical systems & equipment within a plant environment. This includes proficiency in working with PLCs, industrial instrument control systems and other associated machinery. The role demands the ability to evaluate team performance, ensure adherence to safety and operational standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of plant maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics)
Requirements:
- 3-5 year of relevant working experience
- Familiar with SAP and computer software to support maintenance programs. Will also assist in developing cost and performance improvement proposals
- Excellent analytical/Observations skills and report writer (RCA/MCR/KPI/daily reports ETC)
- Command on PLC/HMI programming and trouble shooting
