Key Accountabilities

Drive volume and profitable growth by leading a team, expanding product presence in Modern Trade and Top-End Retail, and identifying new market opportunities and competitive trends.

Build strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors, ensure consistent product availability, and enhance store visibility and shelf share.

Lead execution of store-level activations, manage agency and trade marketing collaborations, and ensure excellence in store execution through a motivated team.

Train, monitor, and develop Territory Executives, ensure KPI compliance, and implement performance improvement and growth plans.

Analyze sales data and market trends, collaborate cross-functionally. contribute to S&OP processes, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in field sales, sales management, or modern trade. Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets with strong financial understanding, including profitability and gross margin drivers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions. Skilled in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; self-motivated, results- driven, and capable of working independently. Open to travel within the region; female candidates are encouraged to apply.
