Position: Executive (Imports & Planning)

Key Responsibilities

Coordination with clearing agents for early custom clearance and duty/ taxes requisition sheets.
Preparing monthly closing summery of bonded warehouse for Customs reporting.
Managing the Bonded Warehouse gate in/ gate out on daily base in the system.
Properly Maintained Bonded Register as per Custom Requirement for audit purpose.
Coordination with Finance for timely arrangements of duty & taxes pay orders for custom clearance.
H.S Code wise data entry in IRIS for I. Tax Exemption at the time of Duty & Taxes payments.
Prepare daily duty & taxes requisition sheet for pay orders.
To Dispatch original documents to clearing agents for custom clearance.
